We can answer questions about what we publish. Order and medical questions have to go elsewhere — here is where, and why.
📧 Email us at support@sodahorsepeaak.com. We aim to reply within two business days.

🩺 Medical questions — please read
We cannot answer them, and it would be irresponsible to try. We are not clinicians.
Two things here genuinely need a professional. L-citrulline supports nitric oxide and can add to the effect of nitrate medication, erectile dysfunction medicines and blood pressure treatment — a combination that can lower blood pressure further than intended. And persistent erectile difficulty is frequently an early marker of cardiovascular disease or diabetes, which is a reason to be seen rather than to self-treat.
If you have chest pain, fainting or any symptom you are worried about, contact your local emergency service rather than emailing a website.
❌ What we cannot help with
We do not process orders or payments. We cannot look up your order, change an address, cancel a shipment, issue a refund or tell you where a parcel is — we have no visibility into any of it.
📦 Where order questions go
Everything to do with an order you have placed goes to the seller, using the confirmation email you received at checkout. That email carries your order number and the seller's own support contact. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder first.
💸 Refund requests
Refunds are handled entirely by the seller under the 60-day money-back guarantee described at checkout. Contact them through your order confirmation, several days before the deadline rather than on it. Our refund policy page explains the process.
