Shipping policy
Who ships your order, which packages include free delivery, and what to do when a parcel is late.
Orders are shipped by the seller, not by this website. ๐ Free US shipping is included on the 3-bottle and 6-bottle packages. The 2-bottle package has shipping charged separately, which is worth factoring into the per-bottle comparison.
Who ships your order
The official seller handles fulfilment, dispatch, tracking and delivery. We have no access to order or shipping systems, so we cannot look up a parcel, change an address or expedite anything.
Free shipping
Included on the 3 and 6-bottle packages for US addresses, per the stated terms. Because shipping on the 2-bottle package is charged separately, the effective cost of the smallest option is higher than the headline figure suggests.
Dispatch and delivery
The seller states that orders placed today ship within 24 hours. Domestic delivery for supplement orders of this kind typically takes about five to seven business days, though this varies by carrier, destination and season. The checkout page states the current estimate for your address.
Tracking
A tracking number is normally emailed once your order ships. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder first — shipping notifications end up there routinely.
International orders
Availability outside the United States depends on the seller and on local rules for importing dietary supplements. Where international shipping is offered, delivery takes longer and any customs duties or import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
Wrong, damaged or missing orders
Contact the seller through your order confirmation as soon as you notice a problem, with photographs if anything is damaged. Do this promptly — claim windows for shipping problems are usually much shorter than the 60-day refund window.
When it arrives
Check the safety seal is intact; do not use the product if it is damaged or missing. Confirm the expiry date, particularly on a 6-bottle order you will be working through for six months. Gummies are best stored somewhere cool and dry and out of direct sunlight, so they do not soften or stick together, and out of reach of children — they look like sweets.
